Our contribution to a better labor market. A Mobile app designed and developed to help youth fulfill their work rights. Avoda+ was created together with Israel's largest youth movement, NOAL, the app helps young workers to track their hours, find jobs, know their rights, and verify the compensation they are entitled to. Users can track their hours daily and monthly and calculate their paid leave and sick days. Avoda+ uses a flexible and smart engine for producing a personalized estimate of the due wages, reimbursement, and benefits for each user, taking into account overtime, transportation expenses, and other laws and regulations. The Avoda+ is built using React Native and GraphQL, and is written in TypeScript.
